For our TAM Capstone, our team of 4 will be developing a mobile application during the Spring 2020 semester for Stride Learning Center to help improve their communication and planning tools.
The primary goal of our mobile app will be to address the communication concerns by creating a messaging platform where each student is given access to their personal mentor. We will then implement a to-do list feature that the mentor and student both have access to in order to hold students accountable for completing their weekly tasks. With both of these tools in a unified app, the weekly mentor sessions will become far more streamlined.
Utilizing our mentors both in and outside of the TAM program for advice and feedback is going to be extremely important in the development of our app.
